I've change my sugary cereals to a healthy smoothie drink or something that's called buttermilk.
It is very filling and has enough energy to get you started. You can easily drink it on your way to school or work.
I am working full-time and my breaks aren't always the longest, so I've decided to go for a healthy pre-packaged salad, with some chicken breast if I want something more filling. Sometimes, I'd prepare myself a nice fruit salad with a bit of bio yogurt. Now I know this isn't exactly the healthiest lunch but if you are a busy bee as well, you'll understand
As a snack I loved chewing on some raspberries this week, they are so delicious! Even some nuts are a healthier choice than chocolate and crisps.
I bet a lot are going to get mad if they see me writing I skipped dinner for most part this week. I know I know it's not healthy, shame on me. but I really wasn't feeling hungry and didn't see the need in eating if I wasn't hungry. I did end my day with a warm cup of tea though ;)
I ditched every sugary drink for water, if you wanna spice up your metabolism, add a few drops of fresh lemon to it, very refreshing! Green Tea is very healthy and filling, especially in the mornings
Saturday and Sunday I found some time for a bit of cardio workout basically consisting of taking the stairs at the mall instead of the escalators and almost jogging my way home ;)
